Moore welcomes all "Walk-in Clients", however appointments are preferred.
Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.
In the event of a Pet Emergency during our normal office hours, please call ahead if possible and then proceed directly to our Veterinary practice for Emergency Pet care.
Payment: We do require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, Debt Cards, Cash and personal verified checks
Pet / Patient Arrivals: For your protection, and that of other customers, we request all dogs be on a proper leash and controlled by thier owner while in the Moore Animal Hospital waiting area, or Pet care exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier, or on a leash as well.
Personal and Records Privacy: Rest assured, Moore Animal Hospital does NOT collect, nor share your personal information with any third party vendors, or Internet emaling business'. Your private information will never be disclosed with outside parties.
